How I work
- The therapeutic relationship. I build the process on it, creating a safe space for change.
- Person-centred therapy and CBT. I combine proven approaches, tailored to you.
- Mindfulness elements. With your consent, I include acupuncture and Yoga Nidra.
- Ongoing supervision. I work under the supervision of a certified supervisor.
About me
From 2012 to 2024 I worked in the field of mental health in Ireland, in a multicultural setting, offering therapy in Polish, English and Russian. I am an accredited addiction therapist in Ireland (ACI, Addiction Counsellors of Ireland).
I completed addiction therapy training in Poland and earned an HSE Arbour House diploma in Ireland. Between 2016 and 2021 I obtained a diploma in Person-Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy (Metanoia Institute) and in cognitive behavioural therapy (Glasgow). I work under ongoing supervision.
