Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need any referral for a diagnosis at Holisens.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 3 to 5 visits. The diagnostician will propose the exact course at your first meeting, depending on your situation.
What if the diagnosis is confirmed?
We will discuss the next steps with you: psychotherapy, psychiatric support and pharmacological treatment if indicated. Everything in one place, without searching for more specialists.
And what if it is not ADHD?
Differential diagnosis is part of the process. If the source of your difficulties is something else (e.g. anxiety, depression, burnout), you will find out and receive a proposal for suitable support.
