Support with the consequences of trauma, including early-childhood trauma.
Building emotional and social skills, behavioural difficulties and adaptation.
Support for parents and carers, including children with developmental challenges.
I graduated in psychology from the University of Warsaw and in psychotraumatology from the University of Gdańsk. I am currently completing comprehensive psychotherapy training in the systemic-psychodynamic approach at the „na Szlaku” Foundation, accredited by the Polish Psychiatric Association.
I have gained experience in psychiatric day rehabilitation, specialist educational facilities and, currently, an addiction and dual-diagnosis rehabilitation centre. My work is regularly supervised.
I work from a systemic perspective. I believe an individual’s difficulties are closely linked to how they function in their family, peer group and wider social context, and that change becomes possible through understanding these interdependencies and modifying entrenched patterns.
