Psychologist · English, French and Polish · Ochota, Wilanow and online

I am a psychologist specialising in clinical and health psychology, and a graduate of the five-year master programme at SWPS University in Warsaw. I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, stress, professional burnout, life crises and problems in relationships.
I gained experience during a placement at a Mental Health Centre, on a psychiatric day ward, working with people going through serious psychological crises. I also provided psychological support as a volunteer on a listening line, accompanying people experiencing loneliness and feeling overwhelmed in everyday life.
I completed a clinical placement in the cognitive behavioural approach and am currently training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Krakow Psychodynamic Centre, an institution recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
I also co-facilitate an integration group at the eFkropka foundation, supporting people who have experienced a mental health crisis and working against stigma and social isolation.
In my practice I draw on Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy and humanistic psychology. My approach rests on respect, empathy and a sense of safety in the relationship. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, and I hold sessions in English and French as well as Polish.
My aim is to create a space where we can try to understand what you are going through, move closer to a sense of inner balance and help you regain a sense of agency in your own life.
I will gladly support you in finding ways to cope with difficulty and discomfort, and in learning to communicate your needs and take care of yourself while still respecting others.
Come and talk to me when you feel that your emotional or life situation calls for an honest conversation, when you want to understand the nature of what you are experiencing, and when you want to look for ways to regain a sense of balance.
